Path of the three fountains

The Three Fountains circuit takes you to discover the local environment, its fauna and flora in a landscape of forests, meadows, and orchards. Note that the path takes a section of the Mazirot health trail. Statues, the chapel of Rabiémont, the fountain of the monks can be discovered along the way...

1. Join the junction with D 10b and take it to the left. At the intersection, turn right into Lavoir Street. Leave the village. The path crosses an open landscape consisting of meadows and orchards.

2. At the three walnut trees (picnic table), continue on the path towards the plateau (view of the hills and the village of Mazirot). Enter a wood. The circuit takes a section of the Mazirot health trail.

3. At the top, cross the Roman road and admire the statues. Reach D 17; cross it (statue).

> To the left, there is the possibility to see the Fountain of the Monks, 500 m away.

4. Continue straight ahead towards the chapel of Rabiémont. At the picnic table, turn right. Follow the edge of the forest (view of the village of Villers, then Mirecourt).

5. At the hunting cabin, turn left. Follow the path towards the wood of Haut-de-Camerelle, still heading towards the chapel of Rabiémont.

6. At the chapel, go left and follow a line of fruit trees. Down at the bottom, turn right and take the path to reach the center of Villers (gîte in the village). Pass in front of the church and the war memorial.

7. Turn right into Rue de la Fontaine-aux-Moines. Cross D 17, then the Roman road, and continue on the small road through the fields, with the hills in sight. At the calvary (dating from 1866), cross D 10b. Enter the path in front to return to the starting point (while visiting the village).
