Departure from the Vosges Secrètes Mountain Bike Stadium (Grange Puton area), accessible by mountain bike from the stadium’s reception building by following the "Access Trails" signage.

Very demanding loop circuit, alternating between technical singletrack trails and wide paths, sometimes very steep, both uphill and downhill. The route allows you to discover the Corroy massif, passing through the Sapenois wood, Pierre Nicole (723 m), and Tête des Champs Carré, offering stunning views of Girmont-Val-d’Ajol.

It also crosses the wood of Tête des Ânes and the fort of Parmont, where you can follow the caponnières to admire this historical site that overlooks the city of Remiremont.

Possible to join the Mountain Bike Rando circuits 4 and 5 at the Renard pond by following the "Link" signage, offering more athletic riders the chance to extend the loop by an additional 8 to 17 km.
