Walking circuit - The Wall of Memory

The start of this short hike is at the Col de la Séboue (from Fraize, take the D23 towards La Croix aux Mines, at the Col de Mandray, turn right and follow the road for nearly 3 km, passing in front of the Memorial at the Col des Journaux).
From the pass, head towards the telecommunications antenna. Follow the second path on the right (marking: arrow on a white background with "Murs de Mémoire" and the logo of the La Costelle association). Descend and pass in front of some chalets. After the last chalets, the path is no longer paved, continue for about 150 meters.
You arrive at a fork, take the right path until you reach a small paved road where a sign indicates the particularity of the wall below. Then return on your steps.
Then descend on the path to the right, where some beautiful restored and highlighted walls will guide you.
You will emerge onto a small road and take a right. After about a hundred meters, the road gives way to a path. The most remarkable walls are on the right.
Continue on the path and enjoy the beautiful view of the town of Fraize. When you reach the small paved road, make a left/right to take the path and follow the road that you find on the right.
At the next fork, take the left uphill small road to reach the road to Séboue, follow it to the right and uphill. Continue on the main road until the pass.

The memory walls are structures typically built along parcel borders or at the boundary of public domain. Please respect private property. This circuit has been restored and enhanced by the La Costelle heritage preservation association, the volunteers of the Vosges Club of Haute-Meurthe, and the ATEHM association, with the support of the Municipality of Fraize.
