Balade d'Histoire et d'histoires

The Community of Communes of Picardie Verte, in partnership with the communes of Gerberoy, Lachapelle-sous-Gerberoy and Songeons has invested in the creation of a heritage trail.

This "History and stories walk" allows you to discover 12 monuments of these three municipalities. This circuit is accessible to all, whether on foot, by bike or by car. There are 12 signs along the route, presenting washhouses, market halls, churches, ramparts and other witnesses to our heritage. A leaflet completes these descriptions.

To make the discovery even more fun, the CCPV has joined forces with a company specialising in 3D reconstructions to create a digital application. This application, entitled "History and Stories Stroll", can be downloaded from a smartphone or a tablet. It allows you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of past centuries. In addition to audio and video content describing the monuments on the tour, three places are reconstructed and animated. Come and discover, for example, the Place des Halles in Songeons as it existed in the 19th century, before it was redesigned.
