In the country of Eastern Thelle, the landscape reveals a vast cultivated plateau and valleys where streams meander. Chambly, the starting point of the tour, is a small "Venice of Picardy", whose streams lead you to Méru, once the capital of mother-of-pearl and button (visit the museum!). You will also come across wash houses or small stone churches.
