11.5 kilometres of soft lane between Sempigny and Appilly. It is a very gently sloping track, built on the towpath of the Oise lateral canal. It offers a beautiful leisure area in the lush green Oise Valley for walkers, bikers, roller-skaters... the route offers lovely views over the alluvial meadows of the Oise and the wooded hills of the Pays Noyonnais. At Baboeuf, from May to October, pedestrians will have the opportunity to discover the alluvial meadows with broom rails of the Middle Oise Valley. In winter, part of this hiking trail is flooded. VTC and mountain bikers as well as hikers will be able to follow the circuit of the 3 mountains which offers very beautiful panoramas and follows the Voie Pallée (Roman way).
