Description by the author

From the leisure centre, go to the lookout point of Thury-Harcourt by the path of the tail of the fox and its view on the castle. Then take the path in the middle of the fields to reach Saint Silly and then the Costils d'Aunes ridge, nicknamed the balconies of the Orne. Cross the Pont de Brie and join the other bank to go along the Val Roy to Cropton and then the Metairie. A last technical descent before joining Thury-Harcourt by the Chemin de la Libération, thus avoiding the crossing of the Hom trench.
