From your departure in the village of Baume-les-Messieurs to your arrival at the top of the cliffs, this route will take you to discover the interaction of water and limestone, two major elements in the formation of the Jura mountains, and specifically in this case, of the reculées. This route will also allow you to visit the abbey of Baume-les-Messieurs, the cradle of Cluny, admire the reculée from the viewpoints, and marvel at the tufa waterfall, the majestic cliffs, and the impressive cave.
