Contemporary architecture walk: Along the Loire

This walk is part of a guide offering a tour of Nièvre to discover its architecture from the 20th and 21st centuries, resulting from programs initiated by public project management and subject to architecture competitions.
This route, among the five proposed in the guide titled "Along the Loire," explores, from project to project, the dialogue between landscape, history, and architecture throughout the department.
This selection of facilities reflects the diversity of subjects, issues, stakeholders, and approaches. The presented projects exemplify an understanding of their context. They are a mark that contemporary architecture is destined to constitute, one day, the "heritage" that testifies to an era.
