Between Abbey and Castles 22 km

1• Turn right onto the Church Street. At the exit of the village, go up on the right. Cross the road and continue on the heights of Cirey along the Bois de la Lançoire. Cross the road towards Chambornay-lès-Bellevaux.
2• Leave the road and take a path on the right to enter the woods that runs alongside the château (Former Abbey). Follow the markers and reach Chambornay-lès-Bellevaux.
3• At the exit of the village, head towards Aulx-lès-Cromary, then continue towards Neuvelle-lès-Cromary (road to the right) just after the Chapel of Saint-Justin.
4• At the Moulin de Malgérard, take the left forest path, it runs alongside the stream. Turn left onto the D5 for 200 meters and then right onto the path that runs along the woods and fields.
5• Cross the D31 which reaches the village of Aulx-lès-Cromary. Turn right just after the farm onto the path. Turn right onto the D30.
6• Turn left after the bridge, direction Thurey-le-Mont. Follow the markers and leave the village by taking the Combe path for 100 meters. Take the path on the right and then continue into the Bois Bas. Arrive at the forest road, turn left.
7• At the exit of the woods, continue straight to reach Cirey. Cross the Ognon and turn left onto Church Street to return to the starting point.
