Trail of Bois de Rougeon

- At the beginning, near the Guye bridge, take the road that goes upstream of this fishy river. Its source is located at SAINTE-HELENE, 10 km further north.

- Pass by the Moulin Greuzard and then that of Dame Huguette before discovering the old school of Saint-Louis. Further along, the church of SAVIANGES from the 13th - 14th century, renovated in the 19th century, contains beautiful stained glass windows (1606).

- Before the village, take a path on the left that gently rises. At the entrance of the Bois de Rougeon, turn right to join the road leading to Quintry.

- Upon reaching La Croix Bernard, turn left to join the D236.

- You are halfway there. Follow this road for 700 m south towards Mondornon, a hamlet of SAINT-PRIVE.

- Take a small road to the right until the bridge where you can wait for the passage of a TGV.

- Immediately turn left onto the path that leads to the village of PULEY.

- Upon arrival, you will discover the ruins of the old priory from the 12th century.

- Cross the village through small streets.

- Pass under the TGV line and reach the south of the Bois de Rougeon and the edge of the Guye.

- Take the time before leaving GERMAGNY to discover the beautiful 18th-century gallery houses near the nearby Romanesque church.
