The Roussillon Loop

Return to the crossroads by passing in front of the old inn. Take the D277 on the right, following it towards Aigreveau.
After the pond, at the fork, turn left to join this hamlet. The road bends left; follow it for another 200 m to the junction where you need to take the wide dirt path on the left that rises towards the ridge.
After about 800 m, turn right onto an ancient Gallic road. It descends and then ascends to the plateau of Haut des Ruets. There, turn left onto the perpendicular path and follow it for 500 m.
Turn right onto the path opposite an isolated house in the hamlet of Jeusot. It crosses a small wood and connects to another Gallic road, which is now paved. Take this road on the right for 300 m. At the fork, leave it by taking the right again to descend into the hamlet of Barbeaux.
Turn right again between the houses. The pavement soon gives way to a stony path that descends rapidly to the ford of the stream of Ruets (or Bruets).
Cross the stream and take the left onto a good path that leads to the mill of Viollots by the Canche.
Take the D277 road on the right and leave it quickly after the mill to take the path on the left that runs alongside the canal and the stream. This path climbs quite steeply at first. Halfway (height 511), at the fork, continue straight up to return to the village of Roussillon and straight to the Church Square.
