Since the village of Sancé, where one can admire four beautiful washhouses and the 12th-century Romanesque church of Saint-Paul, this nature route winds through the countryside in a semicircle around Hurigny, alternating between woods, meadows, and vineyards. Legend has it that a soldier got lost in the woods of La Grisière during the Franco-Prussian War in 1870 near the fountain and the washhouse, which was renamed the washhouse of the lost soldier.
