This heritage discovery tour will guide you through the city, along a one to two-hour loop, encompassing architecture, literature, gastronomy, and history. Let the bronze feathers, on the ground, lead you from one monument to another. At each point of the tour, a totem will provide information about the monument encountered. This walk in Mâcon follows a route rich in 28 points of interest, sometimes still unknown, commented on-site thanks to explanatory terminals and a free mobile app that can be downloaded, notably from the WiFi terminal at the tourist office. The "Trace of the Feather" is a tribute to the incomparable pen of Alphonse de Lamartine, and offers you very beautiful discoveries, or rediscoveries, of our sumptuous heritage.
