The start is from the parking lot of the Parc de l’Eiblen (Eiblen path in Ensisheim).

Each of the 11 stages of this trail has an explanatory panel, with Agrionne the dragonfly as your guide leading you to discover:

• the Vauban canal

• the hedges, an asset in the landscape

• irrigation and orchards

• the Ill which boasts remarkable biodiversity

• the forest "with feet in the water" (but you'll stay dry!)

• the climate and the weather

• the purification of water by nature

• the Ill, a living river

• water in gardens

• water along the Thur and the Ill

• fishing ponds...
