Long descent towards Metzeral 500 m (blue circle*). Cross part of the village (red rectangle on 500m), climb towards the place called "Sillacker" (red and white rectangle) then plunge back down to the bottom of the Wormsa valley (red triangle).
Climb back up via the lakes of Fischboedle and Schiessrothried (red rectangle).
Finally, return to Gaschney (blue rectangle).
