Situated at 530 meters on the highest summit in the immediate vicinity of Saverne, the Brotsch corresponds to an ancient protohistoric site. The tower, 18 meters high, is topped with a crenelated platform accessible by a spiral staircase of 97 steps and equipped with orientation markers.
The view extends, among others, towards the castles of Grand and Petit Geroldseck, the Haut-Barr Castle, and the rock of Dabo.
