The Discovery Trail of Westhoffen was inaugurated on June 8, 2002, at the same time as the Conservatory Orchard of Cherries. Its starting point is located at the Parking lot of the village's multipurpose hall. Westhoffen is a small village with 1,675 inhabitants, but it is also the Capital of the Cherry! The Discovery Trail covers a distance of 8.5 km between vineyards and forests… It consists of several sections with 19 explanatory panels for both young and old. It is accessible for free visits all year round. It offers a panoramic view of the village and its surroundings, it also goes through the Conservatory Orchard of Cherries and allows you to discover about sixty varieties of fruit trees!
