The Route
This loop starting from Waltenheim-sur-Zorn or Hochfelden, a renowned brewing center, allows you to discover the hills with views of the Strasbourg cathedral while crossing charming small villages such as Hohatzenheim and its Romanesque basilica. Wingersheim, the capital of hops, offers an insight into the cultivation and virtues of this plant while enjoying its aromas through a craft beer brewed at the farm. The return is made via the canal that follows the meanders of the Zorn.
