If you follow the Aure, you will soon have reached the coast at Longues-su-Mer, where one of the best equipped artillery batteries of the Atlantic Wall was located, on the border of Gold and Omaha Beach. From Longues-su-Mer, it is a short descent to Arromanches and its impressive artificial port. Near Arromanches is Juno Beach and the Canadian Cemetery. If you cycle east, you will arrive at Courseulles-su-Mer, where you can taste delicious seafood, the one for which the city is known.
