Description by the author

While Millau is best known for its highway bridge (the longest and highest cable-stayed bridge in the world), there is much more to discover in the town. The belfry, city museum and the archaeological site of Graufesenque are certainly worth a visit. From the Pont Vieux you have an impressive view of the Tarn valley and the Millau viaduct. The walk starts and ends at Millau train station.
