Description by the author

Laon is a northern French town located approximately 50 kilometers northwest of Reims. The walled historic center of the city is situated on a hill and therefore offers a beautiful view over the lower valley. During the walk you will be able to fully enjoy that view, as well as the many sights that the city has to offer. The eye-catchers include the Laon Cathedral, the Templars' Chapel, the Abbey of Saint Martin, ... and a dozen other gems that will certainly make a day trip to Laon worthwhile!
