Marais salants de Guérande is an area full of small artificial lakes where salt extraction takes place. The area is ideal for a quiet bike ride. This 36 km route starts and ends at the Tourist Office of Guérande and takes you among the salt lakes and along pleasant seaside resorts including Batz-sur-Mer, Le Pouliguen and La Baule-escoublac. Along the way you can relax along the coastline or have a drink on one of the cozy terraces.
