Sint-Omaars is a northern French city located approximately 25 kilometers south-west of Dunkirk. The city has a tumultuous history in which the city was destroyed, rebuilt and demolished several times. All this has left its mark on the wide variety of sights that can be found in Sint-Omaars and its surroundings. During the walk the most important eye-catchers of the city such as the Prison de la Motte Castrale, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Saint-Omer, the Ruines de l'Abbaye Saint-Bertin, ... and a whole host of other gems will be visited so that a trip to this wonderful city will not prove to be a loss.
