Transpole Urban Trail
The Transpole Urban Trail is a long-distance hiking route that connects the cities of the Lille metropolitan area: from Mouscron through Tourcoing and Roubaix and through Villeneuve d’Ascq to old Lille. The route takes you past dozens of gems of industrial archaeology, and sometimes through parks and forgotten patches of greenery. It is just across the Belgian-French border, and the four stations are on a direct train line from Antwerp via Ghent and Kortrijk to Lille (Lille Flandres). Lille, Tourcoing, and Roubaix are also connected by a metro line and two tram lines.

The Transpole Urban Trail is a long-distance hiking itinerary that connects the cities of the Lille agglomeration: from Mouscron over Tourcoing and Roubaix and across Villeneuve d'Ascq to old Lille.
