There is a plaque to Darwin on the UCL building at 110 Gower Street as he lived in a house on the site from 1838-42 after which he moved to Down House in Kent, now in the care of English Heritage. You can find out more about Darwin's life & work at the Natural History Museum and the National Maritime Museum (especially the Beagle voyage). He is buried in Westminster Abbey.
