Harpenden Rural is a civil parish in the City and District of St Albans in Hertfordshire, England, to the west of Harpenden parish.
It was created in 1898 when the Harpenden parish was split into Harpenden Urban in Harpenden Urban District and Harpenden Rural in St Albans Rural District.
