Helsby is a village, civil parish and electoral ward in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. Overlooking the Mersey estuary, it is approximately 9 miles north east of Chester and 2.5 miles south west of Frodsham.
In the 2001 census the civil parish of Helsby had a population of 4,701. By the 2011 census this had risen to 4,972.
