Goodwood Circuit is a historic racetrack in the United Kingdom for both two- and four-wheelers.
The circuit is located near Chichester in West Sussex close to the south coast of England.
This racetrack dates back to 1948 and should not be confused with the separate hillclimb course at Goodwood House from 1936.
The last race was held in 1966. The circuit was closed because the owners did not want to adapt the circuit to the stricter requirements imposed due to the higher speeds of newer race cars.
An accident during a test run at this circuit claimed the life of Bruce McLaren, the founder of Team McLaren, on June 2, 1970.
On the infield of the circuit lies Chichester/Goodwood Airport. The airport has three grass runways and is accessible via a small tunnel underneath the circuit.
