To the top of Glas Bheinn

This sturdy mountain hiking trail takes you through the beautiful nature of the Highlands and the Assynt Coigach National Scenic Area. The mountain that is climbed here is the Glas Bheinn, at the top you get a phenomenal view of the entire region, breathtaking. The climbed summit is followed by a technically not easy descent. The path is difficult to follow. It is best to navigate with a GPS so as not to deviate too far from the track. The subsoil is sometimes very rocky, sometimes very soggy as much as bog. There is not a single tree, village or house to be seen during the entire tour.
Provide at least 5h to 6h for this tour. Not recommended in case of fog or low clouds.
