Description by the author

This is a Sheffield District CTC Easy Ride. Large sections of the ride are separated from traffic as the route uses the Five Weirs Way to Meadowhall and the Blackburn Valley cyclepath from there and a section of the Trans-Pennine Way near Wentworth. It is an ideal ride to try riding with the club. Amazingly for Sheffield at least half the route is flat!
