Description by the author

From the visitor center follow the Cleveland way turning left down a good path though the woods to Gormire lake. On the other side of the lake follow the diverted bridleway round the fields to the road. follow the bridleway across the road to Kilburn Horse car park, up the steps to return to the visitor center.
