Description by the author

Llandegfan, Star, Pentre Berw, Trefdraeth, Soar, Gwalchmai, Llynfaes, Llyn Cefni, Rhoscefnhir, Llansadwrn and return. 37m Country lanes and quiet roads, apart from one or two short sections. The detour from the official cycle route around Llyn Cefni is perfectly passable.
