This routes incorporates the nicest roads to reach Bigbury Camp. Some nice cycling paths and tracks in Sheldwich. A lot of ups and downs along this route, but also some steep climbs. A side note for the race bikers: this route is fully paved. There is little (no) chance you will be seeing cars along this route. You won't die of boredom along this route. Nice stretches of road along this route. Certainly catch an impression of the awe-inspiring castle along this route (Chilham Castle). If you enjoy getting lost in thought: stop at this church (Church of St Mary).
