Some nice cycling paths and tracks in Halton. Need a break? Visit the museum (Natural History Museum at Tring) along this route. Stop and admire the castle along this route (Cymbeline's Castle). Certainly stop at Chesham branch before getting on the road again. Enjoy this 'col hors catégorie' (certainly for an average cyclist). Uphill, downhill and maybe some sprints, but don't forget to enjoy the landscape near Coombe Hill. There is little (no) chance you will be seeing cars along this route. If I had to summarize this route: a nice ride for an experienced cyclist. A great route! My score: 9 (out of 10).
