Cycled into town for the closed off road, but there were too many people who had no concept of cycling etiquette. By the time I got to Tower Bridge I had no intention of cycling back the way I came so went off to Victoria Park, back over the top of the City to get to The Vic pub in Bayswater to meet up with the Skaters.
