Brighton is a city in southern England about 80 kilometers south of London. The city is world famous because of its long existence as a seaside resort. The title "Queen of Watering Places" goes back to the 18th century and is still widely used today. He justifiably carries that title and that becomes immediately apparent when walking through the city along the picturesque streets in Victorian style.
