Description by the author

Hertford is a town after which the surrounding county of Hertfordshire is named. The region has a very rural character that is a welcome change from the bustling London metropolis that is just south of it. Cycling is therefore a very nice activity that offers a perfect way out for anyone who wants to escape the busy city life.
