Rathlackan Court Tomb Trail Blue

From Killala, take the R314, heading toward Ballycastle for approximately 4.2km. Look out for a Green Directional Fingerpost Sign stating Lacken Trails, take a right and then continue to follow the directional fingerpost signage until you arrive at the trailhead, which is in a carpark beside Lackan Church.

Beautiful walk by Lackan bay with several archaeological sites along the way. You have the choice of walking an 8 km route or of adding an extra 3 km if you so wish, with both options clearly marked. Nature lovers will love these walks which take you by bog, heathland, sand dunes and farmland.
