This walk travels the sands of Ventry Strand and nearby minor roads, giving views of Mount Eagle, Cruach Mhárthain and jagged headland cliffs, and vistas across the sea to the Iveragh Hills and the Skellig Islands. It is dotted with sites of legend, medieval history and pre-history.
Please Note: From 1st June-15th September dogs are not allowed on the beach between 11am and 7pm
