Description by the author

This is a fine coastal and mountain trail over bogland, bog road and public road. The cliffs at An Sás are dangerous - don't cross the wire fence along the edge of the coastline.
The trail can be easy walking over bogland on a fine day but can be dangerous when foggy. Follow the white arrows on red background on the marker poles that mark the route throughout.

Please Note: This walk has unprotected cliffs - please be careful!
