This walk follows red arrows circumventing Cong Abbey. , crossing the Cong River and into Cong Woods. It is a very enjoyable walk; winding through Cong Woods on woodland track the walk and passing some points of interest such as the Priest's House, the Guinness Tower and several caves, including Pigeon Hole Cave.
