Isle of Man - North-east route

Leaving the capital of Douglas, you’ll immediately begin a scenic climb north, passing the high-altitude Conrhenny Plantation for wide-angle island views. Your journey dives into Manx legend with a stop at King Orry’s Grave before rolling through the lush Glen Mona into the northern town of Ramsey.

The route then loops through the quiet, dramatic cliffs of Maughold—offering a unique "rear-view" perspective of the northern coastline—before winding back south. The return leg features a mandatory stop in Laxey to marvel at the Great Laxey Wheel and a relaxing pit stop at the shore before the final stretch back to Douglas.
