Not even 1000 inhabitants live in Vernazza, located on the Ligurian coast in Cinque Terre. The old fishing village is situated on a cliff and offers a magnificent view on the coast. Vernazza has two beaches: one along the sea, the other along the inner harbor. Highly recommended is to walk the route between Vernazza and Monterosso. This route gives you breathtaking views.
