The Unité des Communes valdôtaines Mont-Rose is an association of a total of 9 municipalities in the autonomous Italian region of Aosta Valley. It was formed by the usually small municipalities, which are located at least partially in mountainous regions, to strengthen the economic development of the region and to stop the population decline. Other tasks include promoting the development of the valleys in preserving their cultural and ecological heritage, protecting the pastures, and developing tourism.
