The state border or the Iselle border crossing is a border crossing between the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in Italy and the canton of Valais in Switzerland.
The Italian pass is called "di Iselle" after the name of the village in the municipality of Trasquera where it is located. It is considered very important for goods traffic and for its historical significance. It ends the state road 33 of the Simplon, which runs in Swiss territory over the Simplon Pass as main road 9. It was established in 1517 between the then Duchy of Milan and the Swiss Confederation and has never been removed.
