The Sella di Dobbiaco or also basin of Dobbiaco is an Italian mountain pass that separates the Western Tauern Alps from the Dolomites near the village of Dobbiaco.
It is one of the points of lowest elevation of the Alpine flood line, with its 1219 meters of altitude above sea level. The valley on both sides takes the name of Val Pusteria, both the one crossed by the Rienza, tributary of the Isarco river, a tributary of the Adige, which flows into the Adriatic Sea, and the one crossed by the Drava, a tributary of the Danube, which flows into the Black Sea.
