The small palace was built in 1898 according to the project of the architect Marco Aurelio Crotta for the Peirano family. In the 1960s, the owner of the time, the wealthy Milanese Giovanni Battista Massone, donated the property to the municipality of Milan, which converted it into a vacation house for students of primary schools and Milanese colleges.[1][2]
