The Osiglietta is a stream that flows in the province of Savona; it is a tributary of the Bormida di Millesimo.
The stream originates from the union of various springs in the Ripa district. The longest of these, the Melogno stream, starts at about 1325 m a.s.l. on the northern slopes of Mount Settepani.
The Osiglietta flows northwestwards until the Barberis district, near which is the lake of Osiglia, an artificial reservoir whose dam was completed in 1939. The basin is primarily used for hydroelectric purposes and is owned by Tirreno Power. The lake is crossed roughly halfway along its length by a road bridge providing access to the Ciosa district. The lake is quite well known for sport fishing.
