Gomagoi is a village with about 100 inhabitants in South Tyrol and a fraction of the municipality of Stilfs. Gomagoi, which has the character of a small road village, is located at an altitude of 1250 m at the confluence of the Trafoi valley into the Sulden valley, on a slope to the west above the merging of the Trafoier Bach and Suldenbach. The village is particularly known as a small road junction: Here, the roads to the municipal center of Stilfs and into the inner Sulden valley towards Sulden branch off from the SS 38, which rises from the direction of Trafoi and further toward the Stilfser Joch.
